• Selection and purchase of each digital product is a one time sale and final. 
• All paid products carry a "no return policy and no return of purchase cost" except for and in cases where the digital file fails to operate in performance of audio function. Gretschkat Music will issue to the purchaser an additional permanent digital download of the purchased product at no charge. 
• All music is copyrighted, licensed and published by Gretschkat, Dalton J. Piercey unless otherwise stated. And said music is coded with Music Security Codes.
• Each product is a electronic transfer requiring payment of product cost at the moment of selection and at conclusion of payment product will be downloadable to "user's digital utility". 
• In the case of fraudulent purchases, financial behaviors and activities contact/notify Gretschkat Music understanding that Gretschkat Music/Dalton J. Piercey accepts no liability for said behaviors and activities.
